Forest fires have been around as long as have forests. The forest flora and fauna are well adapted to fire. So, given time, forests can and do rebound from such fires. This portfolio is about the beauty in that rebound. Sadly, a variety of factors, including bad management and climate change, have increased the frequency and intensity of forest fires.
